Safe Kids Car Seat Checks

Where: Griffith Motors 1300 W. Harmony Neosho MO

Car Seats are checked and installed by certified technicians.  Car seat checks are free to everyone, donations are accepted.  To make an appointment in Joplin call Samantha Price @ 417-782-9899 in Neosho contact Pam or Manny at 417-451-3743 ext. 1 or submit the car seat check request form and we will call you.

Carthage's 6th annual Mudstock was great.  600+ atteneded!Mudstock 08'

What is Mudstock? 
In a word, "fun".  Obviously mud is involved, but there is an obstacle course with rope swings into mud pits, mud hills, low rope obstacles, and more!

Come visit our booth and learn more about how we are making strides of positive change in your community!  We will have games, door prizes, and much more.  

 

FREE program for parents of 9-14 year olds
Guiding Good Choices is a five week program, that teaches parents how to support their children in making smart decisions, like staying drug-free.  Childcare will be provided.  Class is offered in both English and Spanish.

Child-Parent Relationship Training
This class will help you:
-Regain control as a parent
-Help your child develop self-control
-Effectively disciplining and limiting inappropriate behavior
-Understand your child's emotional needs
-Communicate more effectively with our child
